All OlivEmber products are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.
• Processing Time: 5–10 business days
• Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes, after discounts)
• Orders under $150 will be charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination.

At this time, OlivEmber does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays & Holiday Rush
During peak seasons (including holidays, sales events, and market weeks), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We strongly recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
OlivEmber is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, severe weather, or events outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. OlivEmber is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable). Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders, events, or markets. If local pickup is offered, it will appear as an option at checkout or be communicated directly after purchase. Pickup instructions and timeframes will be provided once your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds (Policy Alignment)
Because many OlivEmber items are handmade and/or personalized:
• All sales are final on custom or personalized items
• Non-custom items may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
